Founder and Managing Director

Shalini has 17 years experience at diverse investment, technical and managerial positions. She has lived and worked in India, UK, New Zealand, and Israel.
- Partner and Managing Director, Footprint Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund based in Bangalore.
- Founder, Meivia International, a management consultancy firm specializing in India - Israel Trade.
- Founder, Shasun Services, Software Products for the Indian market.

Principal Consultant

Larry Glaeser is a French-American national and a seasoned executive who has spent 8 years in India in the venture and technology arenas. As Vice-President of STAR TV (Newscorp), he was part of the core team which managed a portfolio of new media and telecom investments (USD 150 million) and was responsible for rolling-out the first pilot for interactive TV in India, now TataSky. He also planned, built, and managed a profitable captive off-shore software development center in Bangalore for the French sports goods retailer DECATHLON. Between 2006 and 2008, Larry was a Venture Partner & EiR for Footprint Ventures, an India based venture capital fund.
In France, between 2008 and 2010, Larry worked as a consultant for corporates and start-ups. He was tasked by ArcelorMittal to setup a € 20 million venture capital fund. He has also helped a clean tech company raise project finance debt and equity, as well as a cross-border, India-Europe growth stage PE fund, to raise capital and source deals.
Larry has a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Colorado, a Masters in Cognitive Sciences delivered jointly by Ecole Polytechnique, EHESS, and Paris VI. He did his PhD work in Computational Neuroscience at the CNRS in France. In 2007, Larry received an Executive MBA from INSEAD as a Financial Times Scholar.
Senior Business Analyst

Manjiri has over 11 years of experience. She worked in India and UK and traveled to Israel for business. From 2002, she has been with Meivia International where her role has been in assisting in strategic consulting projects which included finding the right Indian partners for Israeli companies (for outsourcing), HR assessments and cross-cultural training. Prior to 2002, she worked in technical and managerial roles for software companies both in India and UK.
Manjiri received a Masters in Computer Science from Pune University.
